A wine that you won't be able to taste anywhere else. For this months wine dinner WGV was able to come across Stags Leap Sauvignon Blanc which is super allocated. There are only 56 cases in the whole state and Slammer+Squire will have two of those cases Thursday, September 26th. This is the first time ever Stags Leap has made a Sauvignon Blanc.

WGV Wine dinner is a monthly dinner held at the Slammer+Squire grille. We will start at 6 pm with a 30-minute cocktail reception. WGV's Tony Porcellini will discuss wine and food pairings throughout the four-course dinner service. Chef Chris will describe the courses as they are being served. We will also bring in someone to speak about featured wines. Each month is a new wine list!  Learn how to knock your meals out of the park with awesome wine and food pairings.
